Today experiment with living in "slow motion"...allowing time to feel Life and act and respond accordingly.
Rarely do we need to get done as much as we think we need to get done in one day.
We have our long list of "to-dos" and we get overwhelmed and over-stressed simply trying to get through the day. As a result, days fly by and we may or may not even remember them.
My challenge to you is to experiment with getting less done and spending more time on each task. Move slowly. Pause. Stop. Breathe.
See how it feels and determine if you like it.
