SPRING OF SELF-EXPRESSION...where deep vulnerability meets deep Joy. (And FUN!)
A 4-week online class for women designed to help you:
- Come out of hiding
- Find your voice
- Free your expression
Do you feel vulnerable when you think of publicly sharing your words, your art, your creativity? Do you shy away from speaking up and confidently promoting yourself and your soul's work because of self-doubt and fear of being judged? If yes, you are not alone. So many women are in the same boat. So many women, just like you, wish that they had more confidence to really make an impact with their words, their voice, and their message.
SPRING OF SELF-EXPRESSION is a safe and holy playground for you to learn feminine communication principles and practice tapping into your authentic voice and sharing yourself with greater ease and confidence.

Your guide:
Meg is a wife, mother, entrepreneur and women’s self-empowerment advocate.
Those are the roles she plays in the outer world, but underneath it all, deep within, Meg is simply an ordinary soul seeking to return to her original self – pure presence.
Not a day goes by that Meg doesn’t long for that inner connection, the moment when Presence is speaking and flowing through her, through her writing, speaking, photography, painting or daily life.
She feels a deep soul’s calling to return to this state of oneness and teach women who are wanting this to do the same.
She has created an online curriculum for women called Seasons of a Woman’s Soul, walking women through the Journey of re-connecting with their innermost selves and contributing their gifts and dreams from that space of oneness.
Online teaching is new for Meg. She began this journey back in October of 2014 with a wild idea to try out a 30-day course called New Habit November. Since then, she has piloted 4 other courses and is currently registering women for her spring class called Spring of Self-Expression.
Prior to her life as an online entrepreneur, Meg was a trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant. In 2000, when she left her 12-year corporate journey with The Coca-Cola Company, Meg ventured out on her own and began teaching leadership, communications, and team-building workshops for companies throughout the US. She also worked one-on-one with individuals as a life and business coach.
Meg received her initial spiritual training from an organization called the School of Humanity and Awareness, located in Atlanta, Georgia, where she lived for 15 years. For 13 of those years, Meg lived and breathed her passion of spiritual transformation, learning to teach spiritual classes under the guidance of several gifted teachers.
Since then, Meg has studied online with teachers from around the globe. Most recently, Meg is passionately following the teachings of both Lucia Rene, author of Unplugging the Patriarchy, and Chameli Ardagh, of Awakening Women Institute.
Meg lives in Reading, PA with her husband, AJ, her 11-year-old son, Noah, and three cats Niles, Bonnie, and Cyde. ;-)
